5.2.1.6. Free wheeling of a plate of the sensor of an air stream

Check

The free wheeling is observed between operating plunzher and the lever of a plate of the sensor (arrow A). The free wheeling is measured on the party of the sensor of the air stream, turned to the distributor of fuel (arrow B).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) at first make sure a starting position of a plate of a sensor correctly
the contents WITH in norm
2) include a starter for 10 seconds (the wire of the coil of ignition is disconnected and earthed) to put in action the fuel pump
slightly lift the sensor of an air stream, yet will not feel resistance
minimum gap: 1.0 mm
the maximum gap (to a funnel of a tube of Venturi): 3.0 mm
3) if the gap does not correspond to the specified values, carry out adjustment of a free wheeling of a plate of the sensor by means of the lock screw of an operating plunzher
4) adjustment of a free wheeling of a plate of the sensor by means of the lock screw of an operating plunzher
change distance "and" ("and" = about 0.6 mm) between the lock screw and a ring ledge of a six-sided nut
5) turn the lock screw clockwise: the gap will increase
6) turn the lock screw counter-clockwise: the gap will decrease
7) 1/4 turns of the lock screw lead to gap change approximately on 1.3 mm
8) after adjustment of a free wheeling of a plate of the sensor, check number of turns of idling
