GENERAL INFORMATION

Coupling device

1. Coupling disk
the casing of springs is turned to a press disk
2. Flywheel
check adjusting pins
on a surface of a friction of overlays of coupling there should not be scratches, oils or greasings
use the tool 10-201 for removal / installation
3. Bolt, 30 N of m + 1/4 (90 °) turn
an additional quarter (90 °) a turn can be carried out in two stages on 45 °
always replace a bolt: DO NOT USE REPEATEDLY
cover a carving of a new bolt with fixing structure
4. Press disk
5. 25 N of m.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) fix a flywheel
2) weaken / clamp bolts evenly and on a diagonal; use directing tool A = 3176
3) reinstall the holder 10-201 in the course of a tightening of bolts

Prevention

Press the disk should contact completely with a flywheel before installation of assembly bolts.


4) for repair of coupling remove a transmission

Prevention

Press disks and disks of coupling have a corrosion-resistant coating therefore it is necessary to clear only rubbing surfaces. Otherwise service life of disks will considerably be reduced.


5) do not apply efforts at installation of a press disk since it is possible to damage adjusting pins / openings

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) check about cracks, burning and wear traces
2) maximum internal konusnost: 0.3 mm
3) check slips and shlitsa about wear, and rivets – about rigidity
4) check the ends of springs of a diaphragm (are specified by shooters)
5) the most admissible wear: to a spring half

Prevention

In need of replacement choose press a disk and a coupling disk according to the catalog of spare parts, using an alphabetic code and engine number.
