8.4.4. Mechanism of management of a butterfly valve

GENERAL INFORMATION

Mechanism of management of a butterfly valve

1. The accelerator rope, adjustment is not required
2. Clip of a rope of an accelerator
3. Clip
4. Rope of a pedal of an accelerator
5. Clip
6. Arm
7. Limiter of a pedal of an accelerator
8. Arm of a pedal of an accelerator
for removal: break out lock uvulas, replace the damaged arm
9. Accelerator pedal
10. Rotary arm
11. Rope clip
12. Bottom arm of a rope
13. Persistent washer
14. Spring
15. Top arm of a rope
16. Clip
17. A locking ring
18. Filter

When the pedal of an accelerator is not pressed, the lever of a butterfly valve should rest against the limiter for idling.

Adjustment
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) squeeze out an accelerator pedal before situation at which the butterfly valve is completely open
2) the end of a pedal should be in 15–20 mm from the pedal limiter
3) squeeze out an accelerator pedal to the limiter
4) the lever of switching of a transmission should concern the gear shifting limiter
5) the spring between arms of a rope should be compressed

For cars with system cruise control

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) adjust installation of connecting draft, having moved a spherical pin
2) and = 1.0–1.5 mm

For cars with the conditioner

The switch of the conditioner should not turn on at completely open butterfly valve but only when the pedal of an accelerator is squeezed out to the provision of switching of transfer.

At completely open butterfly valve, the distance between the switch and an arm of a rope should be about 2.0 mm.
