Mechanism of management of a butterfly valve

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) remove a casing from the mechanism
2) weaken an inhaling of nuts 1 and 2 and remove a clip 3
3) turn arms of a rope of a butterfly valve against the stop (situation at which the butterfly valve is completely open) and hold them in such situation
4) the tool 3004 (two screw coupling couplings) can be used for deduction of arms of a rope of a butterfly valve in situation at which the butterfly valve is completely open. If you have no tool 3004, use two screw coupling couplings of the suitable size. Hook on one end of the coupling for the lever of the bottom arm of a rope and other end – for bottom edge of a rack of a cowl
5) establish the plug, length of 17 mm between a pedal of an accelerator and the pedal limiter
6) squeeze out an accelerator pedal up to the end that it rested against the plug, and hold her in such situation (you will need the assistant)
7) pull a rope of a pedal of an accelerator in the direction of an arrow and establish a clip 3
8) pull a rope to a transmission in the arrow direction yet will not feel resistance of a spring of inclusion of a low gear
9) turn a nut 1 towards an arm and tighten a nut 2

10) remove the tool 3004 (screw coupling couplings)

Adjustment, check

When the pedal of an accelerator is not pressed, the lever of a butterfly valve should rest against the limiter for idling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) squeeze out an accelerator pedal before situation at which the butterfly valve is completely open
2) the end of a pedal should is in 15–20 mm from the pedal limiter
3) squeeze out an accelerator pedal to the limiter
4) the lever of switching of a transmission should concern the gear shifting limiter
5) the spring between arms of a rope should be compressed
