1.5.1. Fuel tank

The mouth of filling of fuel is located behind on the right side of the car and closed by a zaslonka. Zaslonka becomes isolated and unlocked through system of the central lock of the car. If the central lock fails, the zaslonka can be opened manually.

Open a zaslonka, as is shown in an illustration.

When closing mouth by a cover, turn it clockwise against the stop.

For prevention of leak or fuel evaporation from a fuel tank, always densely close a cover.

When filling car, the cover of a jellied mouth can be fixed on a zaslonka, as is shown in an illustration.

In order to avoid problems when filling car, watch that the refueling gun was established correctly.

Always insert the refueling gun up to the end into a mouth of a fuel tank in order that the valve which was closed by means of a spring opened, located is slightly lower than the upper edge of a jellied mouth. Check, that the refueling gun was inserted into a mouth under the correct corner.

Do not fill in fuel too quickly as foam which will force to be disconnected the refueling gun even before complete filling of a fuel tank in this case can be formed.

After the refueling gun will be disconnected automatically for the first time, it means that the fuel tank is filled completely. Do not try to add still some fuel as the additional space in a fuel tank in this case will be filled that can lead to overflow of a tank and leakage of fuel when it will heat up.
