Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1) disconnect a wire connecting the storage battery to weight |
| 2) on models with mechanical transmission remove the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling and a radiator |
| 3) antifreeze keep for further use |
| 4) remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and attach to a body |
| 5) turn out bolts of fastening of the compressor, remove an arm and displace it aside |

6) fix a check point from falling traversy 10-222A into which set the coupling hairpin 3147 enters |
| 7) screw a coupling hairpin 3147 in the top opening for a bolt of fastening of a check point to the engine (М12) |
|
8) attach waists of lifting of the engine according to drawing, lift waists so that the weight of the engine was perceived by only the elevating device |
|
Places of fastening elevating the traverses, located with understating to a back part of the engine: – in the field of a pulley (the left arrow);
– the third opening in a level of a hook combine with an opening 3 in an elevating beam;
– from a flywheel (the right arrow);
– the third opening in a level of a hook combine with an opening 8 in an elevating beam;
– openings 1–4 in an elevating beam are counted towards an engine pulley;
– openings in elevating levels of hooks are counted from hooks up.
Prevention
The engine acts in film without a check point.
Do not disconnect:
– conducting of the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling;
– hoses or a fastening arm from the pump of the hydraulic booster;
– central air hoses.
Prevention
At replacement of the engine, a head of the block of cylinders, laying of a head of the block, a radiator and the heater heat exchanger, cooling liquid is subject to replacement.
For an insurance зашплинтуйте hooks and probes of an elevating beam (places of a shplintovka are specified by shooters).
When lifting hold the engine not to damage a body.

Installation
Installation of the engine is carried out as it should be the return to removal.

| 2) slightly grease vyzhimny the bearing of coupling and primary shaft of a check point with greasing on the basis of molybdenum sulfide |
| 3) be convinced that aligning pins of joining of the engine with a check point are on the block of cylinders |
| 4) in support of the engine replace самоконтрящиеся nuts |
| 5) lower the engine on support |
| 6) screw самоконтрящиеся nuts of support |
| 7) поманипулируйте the engine (by a kantovaniye) for the correct landing to support |
| 8) adjust a cable of management of a butterfly valve |
| 9) attach all electroconducting |
| 10) fill the engine with cooling liquid |
| 11) check and if necessary restore oil level |
| 12) adjust a tension of a gear belt of a drive of a cam-shaft and idling turns |
