Do not squeeze out a coupling pedal at the removed working cylinder.

Before adjustment of a fork of the main cylinder of coupling make sure that the fork of the amplifier of brake system is adjusted according to necessary height of a pedal of a brake.

The uncoupling device

Before installation of a disk of coupling clear shlitsa of an entrance shaft, and also nave teeths if the disk is used repeatedly, from traces of corrosion and the greasing remains. Put very few greasing (G 000 100) only on a shlitsa of an entrance shaft. Establish a disk on a shaft and move forward-back while the nave of a disk will easily not slide. Remove all superfluous greasing.


1) check adjustment of a fork of the amplifier of brake system: and = 269.0 mm + 0.5 mm


During measurement the pusher should be perpendicular surfaces of the amplifier of brake system.

2) adjust a fork of the main cylinder of coupling: and = 116.0 mm + 0.2 mm
3) the pedal of coupling should be higher approximately on 10 mm than a brake pedal
4) the returnable spring should return a coupling pedal in a starting position
5) the pedal of coupling should not concern an arm in a starting position


The insufficient gap between a pedal of coupling and an arm results in premature wear.
