If the car is necessary for moving after semi-axis removal, it is necessary to establish the external hinge into place not to damage the wheel bearing.
At removal of the spherical hinge from a rack of the bearing of a nave of a wheel, do not expand a crack in a rack.
On cars with the 4-cylinder engine the forward suspension bracket or with a folding rack, or with not folding rack is established.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1) weaken bolts of fastening of wheels |
2) remove a bolt or a nut of fastening of a nave of a wheel to a semi-axis (the car should stand on the earth) |
3) remove a washer |
4) remove a wheel |
5) remove a semi-axis flange |
6) remove a nut from connecting draft |

7) remove bolts of fastening of the lever of a lobby of the suspension bracket / stabilizer of a cross-section stability / cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket (are specified by shooters) |
8) lower the suspension bracket lever |

9) by means of a stripper, as is shown in drawing, remove a semi-axis from a wheel nave |

Prevention
Clear shlitsa of a semi-axis and a wheel nave for removal of oil, greasing and the glue remains.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
for cars with a suspension bracket with not folding rack: put D6 glue on the external region шлицов with a strip about 5 mm in width (it is specified by an arrow) then establish a semi-axis |

Prevention
At installation of the right semi-axis be accurate and do not damage a casing on a protective plate.
Do not move the car within at least 60 minutes let's to D6 glue harden.
